Monica Garcia

Monica Garcia, a Florida Registered Paralegal, joined Ver Ploeg & Marino in 2015. She received her Paralegal Certificate from the University of Miami in 2011. Mrs. Garcia has experience in the field of class action litigation and foreclosure and is currently working in the areas of insurance bad faith litigation, insurance coverage, disability, and commercial litigation. Mrs. Garcia assists with trial preparations and logistics; researching for briefs; and draft, revise, organize and review documents for the attorneys and related parties.  She also provides support in the management of client files.
